He is currently a Lecturer at Information systems (State Islamic University of Sultan Syarif Kasim Riau), Indonesia. Holds two Master's degrees from Department of Information Management, National Taiwan University of Science and Technology, Taiwan, and Department of Information System, Institute Technology of Sepuluh Nopember (ITS Surabaya), Indonesia. He obtained a bachelor's in Information systems (State Islamic University of Sultan Syarif Kasim Riau), Indonesia. His research addressed: Knowledge Management, Information System, IT-Business Stategy, Organizational Behavior. 

 

He has published articles in SSCI/SCIE journals; Big Data, and Technology Analysis & Strategic Management, IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management, and Journal of Enterprise Information Management. Besides, he also has published numerous articles (journals and international conferences) in Emerald, Elsevier, IEEE, ACM, Springers, World Scientific, Taylor and Francis, and etc. Beside as an author, he also active as a Reviewer in Journal and International Conference. Also, as a Speaker in several events such as at Youth Education & Entrepreneurship Summit Istanbul, Turkey, September, 2017; Speaker at Universitas Negeri Padang, Indonesia “Picking the Right Journal, Response Reviewer`s Comments, Submit to Clarivate Journals”, September, 2020; Invited Speaker by The International Conference on Soft Computing & Machine Learning (SCML2019) April, China; Advisor/Trainer for “Mendeley Workshop” at Department of Information System, State Islamic University of Sultan Syarif Kasim, Riau, February, 2019, Indonesia; Invited Speaker at World Congress of Education (WCE 2021) June, 2021. 

 

Furthermore, he also achieved several research Grants/Awards such as from MOST Taiwan (Ministry of Science and Technology; Grant number: MOST-107-2922-I-011-082) for IEEE International Conference, and from the World Technology Universities Network (WTUN) for the Visiting Scholar and Research Exchange collaboration in Finland between National Taiwan University of Science and Technology Taiwan (NTUST), Taiwan, and Tampere University of Technology, Finland, September, 2019. Also, as a Delegates of National Taiwan University of Science and Technology in 2020 The World Technology Universities Network (WTUN) Virtual Congress. 

 

Moreover, he also conducted interdisciplinary projects (as a Project Management) such as; Executive Management at Energy Research Center of UIN Suska Riau University - www.enreach.or.id (2013-2015); Bilingual Secretary in Project “Utilizing of POME as a Clean and Renewable Power Sources and Biogas - Based Agriculture to Promote Sustainable Environment and Community Welfare in Muaro Jambi”, funding support by Millennium Challenge Account – United States - Indonesia www.mca-indonesia.go.id (2015); Expert Assistant in Project “Roadmap of Riau Province Village Electrification 2015-2019” with PT. PLN (electricity of Indonesia government ) Persero Region Riau and Riau Islands (2013). Researcher and Baseline Study in Project “Biomass Energy Potential in Pekanbaru City” with EEP Indonesia and VTT Finland - www.eepindonesia.org (2013).

 

Additionally, he also very active in Student/Social Organization activities; as Vice Chairman of Division of Academic, Research and Development at The Unions of Indonesian Student in Taiwan (2015-2016), Full Member of Association for Information Systems Indonesia (AISINDO-http://aisindo.org/) and Association for Information Systems (AIS-http://ais.site-ym.com/) (2015), Vice Chairman of College Student Executive Board - Faculty of Science and Technology at UIN Suska Riau University (2013), Minister of Communication and Information Department at College Student Executive Board - UIN Suska Riau University (2012), and Vice Chairman of Student Association at Department of Information Systems (2011).
